Hello, I'm Cheshta Shankar, an ex-Indian Air Force officer. With a background steeped in military discipline and physical fitness, my transition into motherhood presented new challenges. Amidst the demands of military duties and raising my daughters, I discovered the importance of holistic well-being— balancing physical, mental, and emotional health.

Driven by my own experiences and empathy for fellow mothers facing similar struggles, I founded Healthify Moms. This platform serves as a beacon of support and empowerment for mothers seeking to prioritize their health and well-being. Through Healthify Moms, I foster a community where every mother can reclaim strength, vitality, and confidence.
